Our Waiting List
A little about how the journey works before you scroll to the current lists.
For families hoping to welcome a Fairfax Pines puppy into their home, we are honored to offer a waiting list. Each litter is thoughtfully planned with great care, intention, and devotion to the Labrador breed.
At the same time, breeding is never entirely predictable. Much remains in Mother Nature's hands, and for that reason we cannot guarantee the timing of a litter, the number of puppies born, or the exact colors and sexes that may be available.
Our waiting list is often more fluid than it may appear, and we do not close it. As puppies become available, we reach out to families in turn. We also encourage families to stay connected through our website and social media, where we share the most current information about planned and confirmed litters.
The right puppy, in the right home, at the right time,
is always worth waiting for.
How the Process Works
Mother Nature determines the puppies. We take great care with everything that comes next.

Pregnancy Confirmation
Once a pregnancy is confirmed, families on our deposit list are contacted and invited to reserve from that litter. We kindly ask for a response within 48 hours so we may plan accordingly.

When Puppies Arrive
We share an update with families waiting on that litter, including the number of puppies born and the available sexes and colors.

If Your Preference Isn't Available
If the color or sex you were hoping for is not represented in that litter, your original place on the waiting list is preserved.

Choosing to Wait
If you choose to pass on a litter for personal reasons, your deposit may be moved to a future litter. Placement will depend upon existing reservations and availability.
A Gentle Note About Timing
Any timeframe we offer is always our best estimate — never a promise. Timing may shift depending upon whether a breeding takes, litter size, and circumstances beyond anyone's control. Occasionally, planned breedings may change or may not come to fruition at all.
