** We are proud to provide a no questions asked return policy that reflects our deep commitment to both our dogs and their future families. If, for ANY reason, you do not find yourself completely enamored with the young adult puppy or dog you adopt from us, you can return them for a FULL refund. This policy is not just a formality; it is a testament to our responsibility towards ensuring a harmonious match between our dogs and their new homes.

At the heart of our mission is the belief that every dog deserves a loving and nurturing environment; a place they can truly call home. We understand that the journey of finding the perfect companion can sometimes come with unexpected challenges. Therefore, our goal is to ensure that both the adopting families and the dogs experience a smooth transition, filled with joy and satisfaction.

Our commitment goes beyond just the transaction; we genuinely want everyone involved to feel happy and fulfilled. Most importantly, we prioritize the happiness of the dogs, as they are the ones who will be embarking on a new chapter in their lives. By providing this flexible return policy, we aim to foster a sense of trust and security, knowing that if things don’t work out as planned, there is an option available.

In our view, every adoption should be a celebration of love and companionship, where both the dogs and their new families can thrive together in a loving environment, ultimately fulfilling our shared responsibility to create lasting bonds that can last forever. Your happiness, as well as the happiness of the dogs we care for, remains our top priority. ❤️

The Process - Available Dogs & Older Puppies

In any responsible breeding program, there are numerous reasons why a particular dog is not to be an on-going part of the breeding program.  Young or middle-aged dogs are occasionally available if I feel it is in the best interest of the particular dog to be placed in a carefully-screened pet home.   Many people realize the advantages of adopting a well-socialized, house-trained dog rather than an 8-week-old puppy, and it can be a perfect situation benefiting both the particular dog and the adoptive family.  No more competing for attention, but exclusive attention from a loving family!  My heart may break when they leave, but I'm eventually comforted by the fact that  he or she will be the center of life for some wonderful family.  And everyone who knows Labs knows that, no matter how old, they have an unbelievable desire and ability to bond with anyone who shows them love and affection ... and feeds them!

I require that the prospective family come and visit and allow plenty of time for the family and the dog in question to get to know each other in various situations.  We all must agree that it is a "match made in heaven".  The reason(s) for placing the dog will be fully and honestly disclosed and a written guarantee will be issued.  A week or two should be devoted to the adjustment period but, if for any reason, it appears not to be working out, I will immediately take the dog back and refund any money paid.  Prospective adoptive families should be prepared to give a comprehensive dissertation regarding their desire for adopting an adult dog, their expectations, their family environment, lifestyle, facilities, etc.
