Welcome to our little piece of heaven—45 acres of rolling hills and woodlands tucked into the serene landscape of north central West Virginia. Here, winding trails weave past quiet rivers, bubbling creeks, and hidden hollers, creating the perfect backdrop for the life we love.
Our days are brightened by the animals that share this land with us: a few gentle horses, fluffy cows grazing lazily in the pastures, and our watchful barn cats who sunbathe on hay bales when they’re not keeping order in the barns. And at the very heart of it all—our English Labradors.
Raising and loving Labradors is not just something we do, it’s who we are. We are devoted to preserving everything that makes this breed so extraordinary: their classic English type, their steady temperaments, and their remarkable ability to adapt and thrive as companions. Health and happiness always come first, because these dogs are family before anything else.
They are woven into every part of our lives—whether bounding across fields, tagging along as we mend fences, “helping” with the cattle, or keeping us company in the garden. Some of our sweetest moments are simply wandering woodland paths with a Labrador at our side, or tossing a ball by the pond as the sun sets over the farm.
For both Grant and me, animals have been lifelong passions. I spent many years with the Department of Agriculture at West Virginia University before pouring my energy into the Labrador Retriever Club, where I now help with graphics and marketing. Grant proudly served over 24 years in the military, earning his Master’s degree in agriculture along the way. His service gave him a deep appreciation for home, land, and the simple joy of working alongside animals.
Now, in this season of our lives, we are grateful for the gift of time—to steward our farm, nurture our animals, and share our beloved Labradors with families near and far. This isn’t just where we live; it’s where our hearts are, and we’re honored to welcome you into it.
