We have litters due this winter :) our puppies are born in our home, and we have a climate-controlled nursery, puppies transition to the nursery at 4 weeks old. At this point they are in puppy pre-school, learning lots of valuable socialization skills and desensitizing to various stimuli. We are retired and home full time with our dogs and they are our main focus <3. We also have a wonderful Kennel Assistant that used to be a Vet Tech. We certainly are blessed that we are able to enjoy this wonderful hobby!
Puppy Pricing $3000 - Deposit is $500 which comes off the total price of your puppy - Reduced pricing for existing Fairfax Pines Families. All puppies must be paid for in full before the puppy leaves our property.
All puppies come with AKC Registration pre-paid, microchipped, lifetime breeder support, and complimentary 30 days free pet insurance from the day you pick them up <3

We accept Cash or Check only! Due to lots of electronic payment fraud that is the best method of payment... sadly... :'(
** Note we breed for our own purposes first, always trying to improve our lines and betterment of the breed through health testing and adding lines for the preservation of the Labrador standard. We may choose to keep multiple puppies from litters at our discretion, and we may use an alternate stud dog than the one listed below. Many factors and vet visits are just a small part of breeding, multiple progesterone tests, semen evaluations, artificial insemination, surgical insemination's, ultrasounds to confirm pregnancy, as well as puppy counts and a multitude of other factors and situations - blood, sweat and tears!!! ... <3

Certainly, we understand that life happens. If you pass on getting a puppy you lose your spot and are moved to the bottom of the list - if you pass on a puppy more than twice you are removed, and your information is placed into my home office file and you will have to contact me when you feel your family is ready for a future puppy.

Protocol... once the litter is born we contact all families on the list (via email, text and social media messaging), we ask that you please respond promptly (within 48 hours) We have waited for often weeks with zero response, it is an exciting time and we hope that families are just as excited to confirm they are still interested in a puppy. If we do not have correspondence/confirmation of your interest, then you will be banished to Labrador Puppy Purgatory, which is a dark musty place that stinks of kitty litter... lol actually you will just be bumped to a future litter. We understand "life" gets busy... so just reach out to us... try to keep a pulse on our litters... I basically flood social media with everything from snuggles to snores! If for some reason you are unable to get a puppy after being rolled to the next litter twice, you will no longer keep your place on the list and will be moved to a holding list until a workable date and litter in the future can be agreed upon.
