0:05 – Meet & Observe (10 min)
Visit with puppies, Light play, calm energy. We’ll share notes on temperament, structure, and what we’re seeing day-to-day.
0:15 – Guided Pick (10–15 min)
We’ll narrow to 2–3 best fits and answer questions. When you’re ready, you’ll make your selection. (If you need a few extra minutes, we’ve built in buffers.)
0:30 – Paperwork & Payment (10 min)
0:40 – Handoff & Photo (5–10 min)
0:50 – Transition & Prep for Next Family (5 min buffer)

What to bring
- Final payment (Zelle to 304-376-5386, Venmo @tammy-jo14, or cash; checks only if arranged)
- Crate for the ride home + leash/collar (adjustable 10–14")
- Small towel/blanket
- Water + potty bags for travel breaks
- Optional: balance due receipt, list of questions, AKC name or two..😊

If you’re running late / need virtual
- Running late: Text us ASAP; we’ll slide you to the closest open buffer so the day keeps moving.
- Virtual picking: We can FaceTime your slot if travel is tough; we’ll show gaits, retrieve/play, and quiet handling so you can feel the differences.
Aftercare: First 48 Hours (quick plan)
- Drive home: One potty stop only; no public “hellos” from strangers or dogs.
- At home: Potty → crate nap → water → small meal. Keep day 1 calm.
- Food: Follow the feeding guide in your folder; no sudden diet changes.
- Vet visit: Book a wellness exam within 3–5 days (bring your records).
- Questions: Text is fastest; we’re here for you.
Friendly reminders
- We reserve breeder keeps until the final week.
- Please supervise kids closely around small puppies (tiny toes and eager hugs!).
