We are excited to share that we are expecting several litters this Fall and Winter, with the possibility of chocolate, black, and yellow puppies.
At this time, families should plan for a 6–12 month wait for yellow and chocolate puppies (a shorter wait for females and black puppies). While that may sound like a long time, we always remind families that our waitlist can be fluid. Life changes such as weddings, new babies, or travel plans sometimes cause families to defer to a later litter, which can shorten the wait for others. Above all, we rely on Mother Nature, so flexibility and patience are key.

- Review & Conversation – After we review your application, we may set up a time to chat and answer questions.
- Deposit & Membership Access – Once a deposit is placed, you will receive a Member Log-In with access to:
- Detailed breeding dates and future plans
- Meet & Greet event information
- Puppy manuals, training resources, and helpful guides
- The Fairfax Pines Blog, filled with insights and updates
